KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has dismissed the writ filed against Rashtriya Swatantra Party Chairman Ravi Lamichhane.
The writ filed by Yuvraj Safal was dismissed on Wednesday by a constitutional bench consisting of Chief Justice Harikrishna Karki, Justices Vishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, Anand Mohan Bhattarai, Prakashman Singh Raut and Sapna Pradhan Malla.
After the Attorney General's Office decided not to pursue the case in the passport dispute, Safal filed a writ against Lamichhane in the Constitutional Court on 10th of June.
