It is mentioned in the decision that when bringing the budget for the next financial year, they will not assist in passing the budget without discussing it with their party leaders and saying that their suggestions have not been addressed. The decision signed by CPN Maoist Parliamentary Party Leader Khagraj Bhatt, CPN Unified Samajwadi Party Party Leader Dilg Bahadur Sodari and Civil Liberties Party Parliamentary Party Leader Ghanshyam Chaudhary says, 'The budget has come against the needs and justification of the people.
