Kathmandu: Singer and artist Rowin Tamang is being cremated today.
His mortal remains will be placed in the premises of Sangeet and Natya Academy, Naxal this morning to pay respects before being brought to Shobha Bhagwati at Bijeshwari for last rites.
A program of paying respects will be held in the courtyard of the academy in Naxal from 8 am to 11 am today, after which his body will be taken to Shobha Bhagwati and cremated for the last rites.
Singer Rowin passed away last Tuesday. He was found dead at his residence in Budhanilkanth.
His songs like Ketakkett... Chisho Chisho... have been liked by sources and audiences and he has acted in movies like Chhadke, Chisho Ashtre.
