Kathmandu: Sita Dahal, wife of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has passed away. Prime Minister's wife Sita passed away today at 8:33 am.
Sita Dahal was brought to the hospital this morning after the health condition of Narvik Hospital spokesperson Somnatha Bastola became serious and she passed away at 8:33 minutes during the treatment.
According to Chief Private Secretary of the Prime Minister, Ramesh Malla, the body of his wife Dahal will be kept at Parisdanda for last respect. From 11 am to 1 pm, after completing the tribute program at Parisdanda, the final cremation will be taken to Pashupatinath at 2 pm.
She is also an adviser to the CPN-Maoist Center. With Sita's death, Prachanda has lost three family members. Earlier, he had lost his elder daughter Gyanu and only son Prakash due to cancer.
