Hence, when it comes to preventing hair fall and promoting hair growth. So here are some great yoga asanas. Which you can do daily to get rid of this problem.

This is one of those yogasanas which we practice during Surya Namaskar. This pose helps promote hair growth as it stimulates blood flow to the scalp which simultaneously promotes oxygen flow. Practice this mudra daily to prevent hair fall. Stand straight with your hip-width apart and try to reach the floor with your hands. Keep your face down and try to touch your arms to your ears. Hold this pose for 35 to 45 seconds.
This yoga pose works on different muscle groups. It helps in improving the posture of your body and apart from this it also increases the blood circulation in the head. This mudra is very beneficial for dry and thin hair. This should be practiced daily. Try to make a 90 degree angle with your legs while lying on your back against a wall. Then use your hands to lift your hips off the ground and balance your entire body on your shoulders.
This yoga asana helps in reducing hair fall, baldness and thinning of hair as it improves blood flow to the scalp. It also prevents graying of hair and promotes hair growth. Practice this asana by sitting on your knees, interlacing your fingers and keeping them behind your head. Then while bending down, try to touch your forehead to the ground. Slowly stand upside down by raising your legs while supporting the crown of your head with your interlocked hands.
