1. Leafy Vegetables

There is a risk of getting more diseases during monsoon. Bacteria, mosquitoes remain most active in this season. This is the reason why leafy vegetables are more contaminated in monsoon. Not only this, the soil in which these vegetables are grown also gets contaminated by rain water. That's why the consumption of leafy vegetables should be avoided in such weather. 2. Avoid Colorful Capsicum

Capsicum is a popular vegetable in summer. These are not only tasty but also rich in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. But it is not considered good for monsoon. Many types of problems can arise by eating this in the rainy season. Capsicum contains chemicals called glucosinolates, which break down into isothiocyanates when cut or chewed. 3. Cauliflower

The amount of moisture increases more during the rainy season. For this reason, excessive consumption of cauliflower should be avoided in the rainy season. The reason behind doing this is that cauliflower contains compounds called glucosinolates which can cause problems for people who are allergic or sensitive to it. In such a situation, try not to consume it at all.
